Acceptance of general terms and conditions
The present terms and conditions shall apply to each offer and agreement between DutchStore.com.au and the customer, insofar as parties have not explicitly deviated from the present terms and conditions in writing.
The present terms and conditions shall also apply to agreements with DutchStore.com.au who will call for the services of third parties for the execution.
Possible deviations from the present general terms and conditions shall only be valid provided they have been explicitly in writing.
Prices
The prices listed on DutchStore.com.au are stated in good faith. However, you accept that mistakes can be made when uploading prices onto the site, or that price may vary between when we display a price and when the goods are purchased. Accordingly, we may validate your order before we accept it. When the correct price is higher than the price displayed on your order we may contact you by e-mail or phone to let you know the correct price and provide you the opportunity to cancel your order.
Payments
All monies are payable in Australian dollar (AUD). You have the option of using our secure online ordering system or transfer money directly into our bank account. We accept Visa and Master card.If you pay with a debitcard, your bank may charge you a fee, Dutchstore is not responsible for this.
DutchStore.com.au expects payment before shipment, unless other arrangements have been made.
Shipment will take place after receiving payment confirmation.

Delivery
DutchStore.com.au undertakes effort, once the order has been accepted and DuchStore.com.au receives conformation of payment, to deliver the products to the address clearly indicated by the customer as soon as possible.
The purchased goods will be delivered by mail or our delivery service agent.
All delivery costs are for the customer’s account. Handling and packaging is included in our shipping cost.
If the customer refuses to take delivery of the purchased good or fails to give the information or instruction necessary to their delivery, additional costs for extra delivery or storage are on the customer’s expense.
DutchStore.com.au cannot and will not for any reason, be held liable for any deterioration in the products due to customers failure to collect the products in a timely manner.
Any time of delivery, given by DutchStore.com.au shall only be indicative.
Overseas destinations. Shipping costs are based on volume and weight and the destination of the shipment. We will inform you about the shipping costs through an email, after which you can decide whether you want to go ahead with the order or cancel it.
Returns
The customer has the right for a period of seven working days to end the agreement, without stating any reason.
He / she should inform DutchStore.com.au in writing via info@dutchstore.com.au
Guarantee
DutchStore.com.au guarantees that the goods to be delivered shall meet the usual requirements and standards that can be set for and made upon them and that they have taken all the necessary care and attention to assure they correspond to the description that is given on the site and date the order was made.
The guarantee mentioned above shall be valid for the standard period the goods ought to be fresh, until date best before if applicable.
No guarantee is given at defects goods when this is the result of injudicious or improper use or when the customer or third parties have introduced changes or tried to introduce changes to the products without DutchStore.com.au knowledge or consent in writing or if they have used it for purpose for which the products were not intended.
Upon receipt, the customer must inspect the delivered goods at the moment of delivery. Possible visible shortcomings must be reported via e-mail to info@dutchstore.com.au within 48 hours, together with the submission of the note of purchase and the defect good.
Liability
When the producer of a defective good is liable for consequential damage, DutchsStore.com.au liability shall be limited to replacing the good, or returning the purchase price.
The customer is personal liable for its choice of products and after delivery is entirely responsible for the conservation and consumption of the products.
Privacy
The personal information that will be entered by the customer when creating an account,
will be registered by DutchStore.com.au in a database,
but will stay confidential and will not be accessible to third parties.
We only hold your account info that we need to process your orders.
Your account info can be changed by yourself,
at any time, though the link called “My Account”.
When you visit DutchStore.com.au for a second time you will not have the re-enter your information.
It is even possible to resubmit the exact same order you placed the previous time,
with a simple push on the button (adding or removing anything you desire).
The financial information ( Credit card) will only accessible by PayPal and will not be registered in the database of
DutchStore .com.au
